Amy and her team were the most helpful estate agents I have met managing both sale and purchase and going beyond their normal duty to help my dad to move to his retirement flat. It was quite a stressful time for him at almost 90 years of age and Amy who handled the sale and purchase helped to ensure that the whole process went relatively smoothly, keeping us well informed of progress. All staff gave my dad a warm welcome whenever he called into the office and helped to sort out any concerns he had. This was very much appreciated by the family and certainly changed my view of estate agents for the better!
