Only been using this agent for a few months.
Am really impressed so far. There are different services on offer and I have signed up for a package which also includes maintenance. The maintenance is all covered as part of a monthly fee, rather than paying for management and then having to worry about repair costs on top. Its slightly different to my last agent but I am quite pleased with the costs and also how quickly the agent managed to sort out some outstanding repairs which was causing issues with my tenants.
