I have had dealings with the Ramsey office before my current tenancy agreement and always found the staff to be most helpful and friendly which in turn made me quite happy to use their services again.
The viewing I had was with Julie and I found her to be very efficient, friendly and approachable for any enquiries , also more recently have had some enquiries via email to Julie Spinks, she dealt with these immediately and in a friendly & very approachable manner.
I must add though that I have on occasion spoken to other members of staff and always have had positive friendly service
