Well this company is a sham, NEVER EVER go with this letting agency. Ron and Carla are the worst out of all of them, trying to con you out of more money wherever they can. They find loop holes in laws so they can treat you like dirt and get away with it. We came out of this last year broke, vulnerable and feeling completely let down. There is no talking with these people, they force you to sign away money you never agreed to and if you try and plead your case they swear at you down the phone. They are clueless - they are not estate agents at all. They are money makers, sharks in the business world.
There are many other great estate agents out there please go with them and not these awful people!

The agent did everything they could to end our tenancy early, and ensured we recovered as much of our deposit as possible. Carla in particular was outstanding and was always available when needed. Unfortunately same cant be said for all the staff. Thank you again ...

Apologies if you feel your overall experience with James Griffin Lettings is pathetic, you called the office asking if the landlord or ourselves would pay your electricity bill because you felt it was too high. We have responded always efficiently to any maintenance requests you have reported however it is the responsibility of the tenant to pay the rent and utility bills at the property.
