I wonder if perhaps you could amend this to reflect your name, or your chosen pseudonym, as your review is displaying as though Pauline has reviewed herself. Whilst we know that Pauline is dedicated and proud of the high service levels that she maintains and whilst we do like to champion our cause, we would like to add some clarity as to the identity of you as the reviewee and avoid any ambiguity for any future clients who may otherwise think that we have embarked on some self-praise. This did make us chuckle in the office somewhat.
