After marketing our property for 3 months with one of the more well-known agents in Stockport without success we decided to try Lawlers. They were highly recommended by my daughter who had recently used them and sold her house on the first day it was on the market. Unlike the larger agents, Lawlers offered a personal service and we were extremely impressed. I remember saying to Leigh - you'll probably struggle to sell our house - his response? ' We like a challenge! '
Lawlers promised that any viewer they sent would be a genuine prospective purchaser who would be looking for the type of property we were selling. He was true to his word - it sold within 2 weeks.
This was a refreshing change from the previous agent who arranged many viewings but most people were looking for something totally different and it was a waste of their and our time
Lawlers actively sell your property unlike the other more established agents who rely on Rightmove and luck and Molly kept us updated throughout.
I can't fault the service we received and would recommend them to anyone selling a property - they are the best!
