We can't recommend Cooke Estates strongly enough. You were friendly, professional and approachable from the minute we called asking for viewing property that we were interested in buying right until completion. You made the process fast and simple, any questions we had they were happy to answer. When the process was getting slowed down by unresponsive solicitors, You chased and chased to make sure we completed in the timescale that we required. You were always available, even out of the office hours.
A big thank you also for renting out the flat so quickly and at the rental we wanted. We have found your service to be friendly and efficient and will definitely be using your services again. We use the full management service that you have offered that has saved us a lot of hard work and time. Throughout the process, you kept us informed of all developments and dealt with all the relevant paperwork very efficiently.
We would like to thank the whole team and would recommend Cooke Estate to anyone thinking of buying or renting a property.
