As a landlord letting my holiday let for a winter let this company was fine the first year as are many until a query arises. I would never use this company again, They could not even follow their own small print and as for dealing with the problem, continually ignored points of contact for days on end that led to a four month period to resolve. The area manager became involved once I made a formal complaint and continued the heavy hand expecting me to back down. The service was appalling from start to finish. Two months after the tenant left they were still waiting for their refund! I was offered a discount for this year but chose not to take the offer.
