I would not recommend using Pedder for the sale of your property. They overvalued it hugely and then quickly dropped the price after instruction. But worst of all was the myriad of errors and mistakes they made: failing to inform me of viewing bookings/changes/cancellations, not turning up when they said they would, not accurately marketing the property online (I had to point out to them that, after a month, my property was not even showing on Zoopla). The final straw came after I terminated our contract and had to ask them not only to take my property off the online portals, but a week later it was still in their shop window when they had no mandate to market my property. At best they are unprofessional and incompetent. At worst they are untruthful and using illegal practices.
