Having rented a flat in the New Town twice in the past two years ....both short and long term ,from Factotum ,we have nothing but but the highest of praise and respect for the Letting Agent.
Emma was our point of contact , always replied immediately and responded very efficiently.
Emma , together with assistance from Jack ,promptly dealt with and resolved a few minor plumbing issues.
The flat was very well located, close to all the major attractions and good value for money.
We would certainly recommend Factotum to anyone wishing to rent a flat in Edinburgh , either short or longterm.
Finally, just to note that our checkout went very smoothly and our deposit was returned within a week.
