ACCOUNTING dept for letting customers.... Useless, poor, in fact zero communication and scarily slow to react to to any problem raised. Why do I pay a management fee? I have to check monthly to ensure they have made payment into my account. I'm going self managed this month... And by some coincidence my RENT IS NOW OVER 11 DAYS LATE!!! And is still not in my account, despite it having left my tenants account 3 weeks ago! Local branch TAUNTON very good, unfortunately completely let down by your unaccountable, Accounts department poor skills. I have still had no apology or contact from them to explain the delay. Today 11th May 2016, still no rent (payable on 23rd!!). Rent paid to Connells by Tennant 20th April 2016.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Letting management fee is BAD as there is no value for money and they do not always forward issues raised by my TennantAttached Filesnbsp;

I have looked at our system here as we are the residential sales office and I cannot find any details so I can only assume your comments are with regards to the Survey & Valuations Team at our Head Office function, and not our office.
