There was a difficulty initially, small but important to me, but it was solved quickly so didn't become a problem.
Subsequent to the initial six-month period, I have been accorded credit and credibility in line with my professional status and, with the pro-active approach of staff, a friendly, efficient and effective rapport has developed. Ashley runs a service with professionalism and initiative.
No jobsworths in the branch.

This property has 'history' but I have been able to make it home for eighteen months during a critical phase of my life, looking after it much as if it were my own.

Other staff have been courteous and helpful when I have spoken to them about house purchase generally, Jennifer adding personal experiences that have been valuable insights.

Early on, Diane was most pleasant to deal with and there have been other staff like her who've helped me but moved on.

I have had some small amount of hassle from 'up the chain' but nothing that wasn't sorted sensibly.
Individuals were doing their jobs properly but remote from the local relationship, so it can be understood.
