Hi i need to let people know about keenans estate agents before you use them to sell there home , can i say the only good part are there photo,s for the sale of your home the rest is not worthy of ink . they never ring to keep you upto date with matters, you will need to ring them constantly so i hope you dont mind doing all the ringing as this will be the only way you will get information from them , this will get worse as your time goes there after sales team are no better this is where they fail badly if it could be any worse this the time you will regret useing keenans , they don,t care about your situation or other people in the chain , its as though they dont have fingers or they are told not to use the phones / and if you like being fobbed off - dont mind being ignored- enjoy listening to great excuses / ie not in today or the next day or the next day / sorry she,s just on the phone can we call you back (dont hold your breath for that one ) as you will die;). so please be aware a glossy folder dus,nt mean nothing . a professional estate agent they are not . we have never known an estate agent like them and we have bought and sold 9 houses in ten years and have never experienced such shocking practices and disregard for the seller/us in our case . i hope our review will save you time and money and your mindset/ sanity . there are more and better agents you could try we fell for the patter and the glossy mag and the family business ? dont you .

we are buying and have been let down a number of times or they are running late. they don't care we feel so let down by these people. but in rossendale they have the monopoly of house's Aug 12, 2016
Everything Paul said & worse!!!! The person "in charge" of selling my house, Tanya, wasn't completely useless & promised on more than one occasion that she would deal with me personally but it's all lies. The Facebook photos of her too are not at all professional!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE AMATEURS!!!!
