Valuation over inflated promises of sale within 2 weeks. 17 viewings no offers no urgency in getting offers from people who came to the 3 open houses. We eventually found a buyer ourselves but as it is still in contract will have to pay Haart for doing nothing. Turning up late for open houses had to show them round ourselves.
What agent could do to change your mind?

One of the worst experience with HAART lettings. Mr baadi showed me this house i moved to this property in 09/10/2019 before I move in I have told them couple of things to Mr Ben like curtains.
As soon as I moved in this house Mr baadi and Mr Ben has left accordingly Haart. It’s been 5 months I haven’t got curtains in the house. had contractors visit by Haart they say landlord don’t accept the price.
