Pettyson dealt with the tenants complaints of damp which were proven to be condensation (as per Essex Damp Specialists report) due to the neglect of the tenant to air the property correctly.
Our Maintenance Department promptly dealt with every complaint the tenant had and during the tenancy; the landlord spent over £5000 on new white goods, insulation, damp investigations, decorating, door handles, the garden wall, a new extractor and a new shower to name but a few. The property was not in a poor condition by any standard before the tenants moved in. The landlord decided to give the tenants notice to vacate as he decided to sell the property. However his personal circumstances changed and he decided to re let the property which is the landlords prerogative. We suggest that the tenant is embittered as she was asked to leave which, unfortunately can happen during any tenancy in the rental sector.
