Possibly, in my opinion, the worst service I've ever received as a Tenant by this Property Management team. Only reason we stayed with them was due to Val who has now left. Had no heating for over 3 weeks due to her incompetence dealing with the insurance on behalf of the landlord and ended up with carbon monoxide in my blood stream. I ended up dealing with the insurer direct as she wasn't capable and gave up in what seemed to think the problem would just go away. Completely misrepresented us to the landlord due to her lack of management of the issues. After being told the landlord was selling, they have remarketed the property. We asked on several occasions if this was being remarketed and assured that he was selling as we even offered more money. My partner was in hospital having an emergency operation upon renewal and they were made aware. They then used this time to victimise and show us in a bad light to the landlord.
Always paid on time and dealt with a damp issue out of our own pocket. Totally disgusted by the whole thing. Formal complaints are being reviewed by governing bodies. Agree with other comments, inital service by Harry (who has now left) and Val (who was a director who has also left) was good but property manager thereafter was unprofessional and inept to deal with any issues, dragging some out as didn't want to speak to the landlord which resulted in a costly damp report and extractor etc being fitted.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees are extortionate for the service provided. The landlords pay a fee so the property is managed. I question fees on both sides.Attached Filesnbsp;

Best Letting Agent in E11 
Pettyson dealt with the tenants complaints of damp which were proven to be condensation (as per Essex Damp Specialists report) due to the neglect of the tenant to air the property correctly.
Our Maintenance Department promptly dealt with every complaint the tenant had and during the tenancy; the landlord spent over £5000 on new white goods, insulation, damp investigations, decorating, door handles, the garden wall, a new extractor and a new shower to name but a few. The property was not in a poor condition by any standard before the tenants moved in. The landlord decided to give the tenants notice to vacate as he decided to sell the property. However his personal circumstances changed and he decided to re let the property which is the landlords prerogative. We suggest that the tenant is embittered as she was asked to leave which, unfortunately can happen during any tenancy in the rental sector.
Finally for information our Administration fees are extremely low in comparison to other Local Agents.
