Having previously used Gallant Richardson in my capacity as a Landlord, and being impressed with their service, I appointed them as sole selling agents for my house. I was provided with an accurate market appraisal and a buyer was quickly found once the property was put on the market. I found all staff to be extremely helpful and they kept me fully updated as the sale process progressed. I cannot fault their service and would be happy to recommend them to others.
