I highly recommend Outlook Property. This is the second time I have gone through Outlook for my rented accommodation and they have exceeded all of my expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I was in fact departing my property. Tony first came around to assess the flat before putting it back onto the market. I really didn't think that there would be any care or due diligence regarding my exit but oh how I was so pleasantly surprised! Tony was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say about the flat - even though I'm sure I rambled on a bit. He did everything to reassure me that care would be taken to find the right people for the flat and that my exit would be as smooth sailing as possible. And that, he did.
There were regular communications regarding the entering of the flat for viewings and due to their professional attitude I had no hesitation in allowing them access whilst I was at work during the day. As soon as the right tenants were found I was notified immediately and not left hanging and wondering.
There were a few occasions when I have to say that Outlook definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. One evening, on returning late back from the office, I realised I'd left my keys at work. I called the Outlook office and to my surprise (and luck!), Tony was still there and didn't hesitate to come to my rescue.
I thought that would be where it ended. But oh no... Whilst organising my move, I mentioned in passing that I had a buyer for a piece of furniture but that due to timing I didn't think that the buyer would make it in time to the flat for me to finalise the deal. Tony said that I could drop the item at the shop so that the buyer could pick it up from there and that they wouldn't mind looking after the money until I could pick it up later that day. No mention of any cut either!
I fedback to Tony how satisfied I'd been with the service Outlook had provided me in the past and present. Tony explained how Outlook are extremely committed to breaking down the stereotypical barriers that Estate Agents are faced with today. All I can say is that if they continue to work with this ethos then they will be successful. And good luck to them, I say! A job, very well done.
