What a mess. Been dealing with this clown for the past few years as a tenant. Even the landlord, who had previously been lining his pockets at the advice of this muppet to rip of tenant's for their deposits, has admitted its wrong and has given me a refund.
Done some research on this Giuseppe bloke, and if you met him his background fits him perfectly. Fancies himself as a mafioso with his knockoff suits and slicked-back hair. Seems to hop from job to job too, despite a posh education. First as a professional rugby player, then a plumber and now this. Doesn't surprise me that he's ripping people off when he can't stick his hand to something for more than 5 minutes. King reptile if you ask me, and a real detriment to the C&M brand. Very happy to see my landlord move away from them.

Comment on agent fees
Agency fees were'nt the issue, and senior management bend over backwards to help out. Giuseppe would rather see you bend over though, so he can have his way while you cough up your deposit.

The fact that we had to pay for a service is outrageous. Even after delaying our deposit return by two months they refused to let ME PAY for a CHAPS same day transfer. They then failed to raise a BACS transfer for another week.
