I am indeed grateful to Factotum for their excellent work and help with the rental of my family's Edinburgh property portfolio. The team work hard to ensure that both my tenants & landlord achieve maximum satisfaction and most importantly kept updated. The service delivery and efficiency of those I work closely with (Kerrie, Stacey, Andrea, Jennifer and Jack) are excellent. All going out of the way to help with the marketing, management, tenant relationship and administration. If this wasn't the case I would refer my grievances to top management and all would be resolved. As a landlord you get out what you put in, so I believe that the tenant is always right, that you have to foster the relationship with those you work with (tenant & Factotum team), that your property investment requires to be at its optimum throughout the year. What I appreciate is that all matters are communicated by the team and treated to immediate resolution. My summary, that Factotum and its staff are right up there, a first-rate service provider.
As a landlord, I have different rentals, short, long & Festival term properties. The teams managing are different though all staff do assist as and when required. Stacey & Andrea work with my 'Long' terms property and have been outstanding with the tenant vetting/selection. All matters are treated immediately with prompt relay of information resulting in the tenants getting a first class service. A company is only as good as itself staff investment & with Factotum, a more bespoke family team approach, I know that my future property investments are in excellent hands.
It is apparent that when meeting or corresponding with Chris that with his 30+ years working in the Edinburgh residential property letting marketplace> Chris has the knowledge and stamina to assist my family in all areas pertaining our business. As a landlord, I have often presented questions to enable my property portfolio to grow. Whether reviewing the pricing, furnishing, property purchases, market changes etc. I know that Chris has everyone's best interest and presents sound advice. Both Chris & Harry are great sounding boards and continue to maximize occupancy and revenue at a competitive price. As a landlord, I'm running a business and I appreciate all comments from the staff/management & importantly the end users tenants' feedback to ensure the business remains strong. Factotum's top management are always available to advice with their hands on approach and integrity. Sound advice is always welcome from the executive team.
