I cannot recommend this branch of Davis Tate highly enough. This is my first experience of the rental market. Due to a sudden change in my personal circumstances I needed to find a house for my daughter & I to live in quickly, but location was important for her to get to school independently I had rung round quite a few letting agents and was left feeling they couldn't have been less interested in me or my circumstances. This all changed when I spoke to Julie who works Saturday's , she listened to what I needed and why, reassured me that I would be the first person to view the property that had just become available, but she needed to come back to me as I'd rung as she was opening up & needed to log into her system. As promised she rang me back & arranged a viewing after the Easter Bank Holiday. I then met Clare who showed me round and also had the forethought to bring the keys for another one that was just coming on. That day I agreed to rent the initial house and Clare managed the whole process in a very caring & professional manner, I can't recommend her highly enough. Between Julie & Clare they provided me with much needed light for the dark place I was in.

The fees are standard and what I expected, but good value for the service I received.
