I wanted to sell my investment property without fuss. We are extremely happy with the professional but friendly way in which James and Mel handled the sale - it could not have been any more straightforward. We are very happy with the amount obtained by selling at auction and this, combined with the speed with which the house was sold, has made us delighted we chose to sell through Auction House - all sorted in just a couple of months. Excellent service - smooth, and seamless.

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
