Akash was absolutely amazing. He was the only agent out of all the agencies I contacted who took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for. He didn't push me to go above my budget or to look outside the areas I was looking to rent in. He drove me to several properties, over a period of two days, and even worked late on the night that I found the flat I wanted, to ensure I was able to put the holding deposit down so that the flat would be taken off the market. He was very professional and helpful. He also didn't push me to take something that I didn't want to, and was tireless in his efforts to find the right property for me. I would use BK again in the future because of him.
Nik was equally helpful when it came to arranging the contract and he was prompt in his reply to any questions I had.

Comment on agent fees
The fees are very reasonable in comparison to other agencies, and I like the fact that if BK is the sole agent, and you put a holding deposit down, the flat is immediately taken off the market to avoid a bidding war.

We have looked further into the matter and are sorry you are not happy but feel generally your comments are not reasonable or justified.
