Abi, who works in property management, has been a great help at sorting all repairs and problems promptly and professionally.

At all stages she has kept in contact, updating me, leasing with my landlord and arranging repairs or in the case of my washing machine, arranging a new one to be delivered.

This was my first time dealing with this agency and so far I have nothing but good things to report!

Agency fees are high (one of the highest in Norwich!) but the service has been good and the process hassle free.

I have not used this agent myself as luckily I found out this information before using them. They charge a set fee, so are not interested in getting the best price for your property.
