This is not one of the worse estate agent, this is THE WORST agent that one could ever dream of. We did not choose them but we had them as managing agent while we were tenants for about 2 years, choice of the landlord. Hunters staff changes frequently, there is no follow-up nor consistency. Two of the agents we dealt with were extremely rude, focusing on minor issues while the major issues in the flat were being disregarded. Of course, when we gave our notice to leave, the agents came a few times to the flat unannounced during the day to show the place to potential tenants. The overall managements was very poor, slow response and a wrong sense of priorities. An external wall in one of the bedrooms was leaking and rain was coming in, damaging the roof and the wall. Despite our repeated requests and pictures and emails, Hunters never came to check the problem nor send an expert. The deposit return was also handled extremely badly and slowly, Hunters trying to blame us for matters that were not even an issue, maybe to try and look good with the landlord. Pathetic. This is the worst management agent company that a landlord could ever choose for their property. STAY AWAY ALL.
