Pulled out of a cash sale on a property because of this agency. They dont get back to you when they say they will, dont chase things up. We had a survey done on a property, were proceeding with a sale but got so fed up of their poor service and attitude we pulled out. Now in another property sold to us by an agent not a million miles away from the prenton branch who couldnt do enough for us.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Not applicable as we were buying. Just a pity we couldnt charge them for the wasted ‚£395 on the survey we paid out for

What agent could do to change your mind?
It should have been stated what the money was for and that it is not compulsory for the sale of the property at the very beginning of the consultation and before any paper work was signed. Also it would be helpful if all their sellers had the feeling that they where working for them and not for the potential buyers who would take up their mortgage offers. I am a cash only buyer so was never interested in a mortgage but never felt that they where there for me.
