Changing Management Agents from overseas was not an easy task and even with looming deadlines, at times I thought we would never get to the end of the paperwork, the emails, the forms. Luckily we had Caroline Basma on hand from KFH, 334 Garratt Lane, Earlsfield to guide us through the process. Caroline was persistent, organised and efficient and I really felt like she had our interests to heart. She took a special interest in our requirements and ensured that both us and our tenants were well represented.
So, a BIG thank you to Caroline ; I am sure it took effort from many parties but thanks to you for being the glue holding the process together.

We had numerous issues with the property we rented (boiler, shower, fixtures & fittings). When problems were reported KFH were rude on the phone and displayed a complete lack of urgency in fixing any problems! Never rent property through KFH!!!...
