Our first contact with Gascoine & Pees was in Sept 2010. They have been responsible for supervising the sale of our previous residence in Spencer Close, Pamber Heath, and the purchase of our new property also in Pamber Heath..
Frankly, we could not have hoped for a better agent. As a measure of the commitment a particular member of their staff has shown supporting us, his clients, knowing that we were undertaking the house move ourselves, he actually took a days leave on the day of our completion to help us with the move and worked like a Trojan throughout the day.
We found G & P staff to be hard working, conscientious, diligent and trustworthy. They appeared well organised, excellent at communication were always very approachable, and very helpful.
Throughout the entire sale/purchase process (Sept ¢â‚¬â€œ April), Their staff were available, keeping us well informed and up to date on a regular basis, giving us confidence and peace of mind.
We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending the staff at Gascoine and & Pees Tadley office for any house sale/purchase transaction.
