They charge expensive admin fees which they claim includes showing you round the property, however they don't - they get whoever is currently living there to show you. They are extremely rude. I have experienced this first hand and even others I know who are renting through them have reported the same thing. They are overpriced. They are friendly till they receive a deposit and after this they drastically change. If anything in the flat needs repairing it wont ever get done even if you keep chasing them up. As a Tennant who has never missed any payments or caused them any trouble whatsoever I feel extremely offended and will not be renting through them ever again at any cost. 0 stars. I am also dreading handing my notice in because I have heard that they will try to con a tennant out of as much money as possible as I have heard from friends who have dealt with them in the past.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Terrible. They charge around 200 just for a credit check.
