Positives:
Provided a professional service and advice from start to finish. All queries were responded to quickly, and they did everything within their power to make the sale and purchase as 'painless' as possible. I would definitely recommend this company for their ease, clarity, and professionalism.

I think it's fair to say that without their diligence, this transaction may not have completed at all.

Negatives:

I would not take them up on their opportunity to use their family/business link of lawyers - Countrywide Conveyancing. This led to the transaction almost failing, due to the inexperience or lackadaisical attitude of their staff. That said, the GP team went above and beyond to ensure the sale and purchase went through successfully.

Overall:
Despite the lawyers issue, a solid 5 star from the Dorking Team. I can't fault them for the lawyers, but I can commend the Dorking team for their efforts. Well done and thank you!
