We had been trying to sell our property through another local well known Estate Agent for approximately 5 months as per our agreement with them. We only a coouple of viewings but no positive feedback or regular updates from the Estate Agent, plus we were charged to have our property on Rightmove. After giving the relevant notice to the previous Estate Agent, we changed to Davistate and our luck changed immediately, a buyer was found within a couple of weeks and we had regular feedback and updates from the Davistate team, up to completion. We also took advantage of their Conveyancing service which I would also recommend.
