When we sold our home in Marple we had 3 local estate agents in for advice and a valuation, one of which was Adele at Lawler's.
From those initial visits it was obvious Lawlers were the best choice , they seemed much more dynamic, and filled me with confidence that they could sell it. As promised it was sold within days, there were a constant stream of viewers all of which we were told about. They kept us informed at all times and although the first sale fell through, Adele had another list of viewers lined up again, and it sold within a week and went without a hitch. They did everything they said they would, communication was first class, and I would highly recommend them if you're looking to sell a property in the local area,... oh and an added bonus, they were the cheapest estate agent who quoted as well.
