The experience i have had with Bradgate letting is terrible, would not recommend to anyone.
They hold onto money/assets which should be returned, dont have standards of customer satisfaction, leaving many feeling as they have been fobbed off with no explanation., seems they create and follow rules really which so unfair for tenants !!! Would never use them again !!!

I had a similar experience with exit inspection making up loads of rubbish about thr state of the house it was disgusting anf quite honestly upsetting after a long tenancy. :( ...
