I registered with the Penzance office looking for property in their area. I found that they were the only estate agent who would contact me regularly to check that my details were the same and would send me out details of properties that I might be interested in viewing. I noticed that other agents would not send me details or keep in contact with me as at the time I had not put my house on the market. For this reason, I decided to place my house on the market with their Hayle office and was very impressed with the service thatt I got. They kept me up to date with the property market and when they found me a buyer, they helped me with choosing solicitors etc. I then offered on a property through the Penzance office and both the Penzance and Hayle offices kept me up to date with the sales process and made it all very stressless for me. Because I work 5 days a week, I found it useful that Marshalls are open to 3.30 on a Saturday so it mean't that I could view my house to measure up etc at the weekend without taking time off from work. When I moved into my house, I had a knock on the door and their was a parcel from Marshalls. They had sent me a moving in present which included milk, tea, washing up products etc - all bits that would of taken me a long time to unpack :-). I would definately use them again and have made sure that all my friends and family know the service that I experienced from the team which are David, Zoe, Louise and Emma.

Really bad. The government needs to bring in a law to stop this pointless money making scheme when the letting agency doesn’t do anything

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
