We recently sold and purchased a property through Thomas Morris St Neots, we have not dealt with TM before but with a good sale percentage we decided to give them a go.
The staff were great at TM they work as a team, we could rely on three or four agents to be dealing with our queries and requests at any one time. We were not dedicated to one individual and things seemed to move a lot faster this way.
They found us a cash buyer on our property very quickly and an offer over sale price and was accepted within days of putting the house on the market.
We made the mistake of using our own solicitor instead of the ones TM recommended, our own solicitors were not very helpful and a lack of communication with us but TM stepped in, sat down with us and spent hours of their time explaining contracts to us, what happened and when it happened and genuinely explained everything that our solicitor should have explained to us and we appreciate this because they spent their own time doing this with no extra charge.
Communication was always excellent, and we definitely recommend TM to anyone buying or selling in the future.
