thI am pleased to see there is now a site for reviewing the performance of Estate Agents and Rental Property Management Services, on whom I am wholly dependent for the management of two rental properties I own, due to the long hours I work.
I am keen to offer a positive review for the services I have, and continue to receive from Sequence UK. The company have managed my properties for nearly twenty years. I have never considered changing agents, and I can say with honesty, that I have always been happy with, and impressed by the ongoing professionalism of the company as a whole, and the pro active, no nonsense attitude of the staff at both the Lincolnshire office and, the local Shirley, West Midlands office.
I am happy to recommend Sequence UK for any property management services. I would particularly like to highlight the work of Daniella Martin, Senior Property Coordinator at the Lincolnshire Office. Ms Martin has managed my two properties in Solihull, West Midlands directly, for some time now and has always demonstrated a high degree of efficiency and sensitivity. Her swift response to all queries (from both myself as Landlord, and/or my tenants), and her pro-active organisational skills in dealing with any aspect of property management, leaves me feeling confident that my properties are in good hands - being managed well and in a timely manner.
I would also like to mention Chris Blick who manages my properties on a local level, and whom I must also reference highly. Of course, there are other members of the Sequence UK team who may well be in the background, but none the less, collectively provide both tenants and landlords with, what I perceive to be a gold standard for Property Management Services.
I can certainly recommend the company to any prospective tenants wishing to rent from a reliable company, as well as property owners seeking a responsible company to manage properties on their behalf. In appreciation of management services received to date, review from Jacqueline Goddard, Landlord
