We honestly have nothing but positive feedback for both Katie Whitaker and Emma Pearson.
We have met Katie a few times and her warm, caring, professional personality instantly put us at ease with what could have been the most stressful journey of our lives. Katie explained everything clearly and in user friendly language rather than confusing us with jargon, something we greatly appreciated. All our questions were answered with honest responses.
Our finances, needs, wishes, everything were looked at in fine detail but in a time effective and friendly manner. We never felt rushed and all of our emails have been answered within an hour, if not several minutes every time we have emailed, exceptional service.
We felt completely at ease with Katie's support and expertise and the stress of the process was definitely reduced with her support.
We can not thank Katie enough for her time, manner and expertise in our mortgage process, insurance options and general advice regarding any questions we had - highly recommend just does not do her justice!
Emma Pearson has been equally professional, efficient and helpful throughout the process. Emma has handled our documentation and liaised with our mortgage provider on a regular basis and has always responded to emails in an extremely prompt manner. When we have had questions or queries in relation to the process she has always answered these no matter how simple our questions.
What we have particularly noticed in dealing with Katie and Emma is that they both truly care about your thoughts throughout the process and seem genuinely happy when things are approved.
