Well, where do you start with what I call 'WHY OH WHY MANAGEMENT'? They are quite frankly the most pathetic, lazy, incompetent bunch ,* I have ever had the misfortune of knowing in over 20 years.

The building may as well be ran by Kermit & the whole Muppet gang as I'm sure you would get a better service than these clowns.

The flats are falling apart & they do nothing to repair. them Our lifts here are the 7th WORST in the whole of London for the second year running as quoted by the London Fire Brigade. Every time they now get called out they charge Y&Y £280 apparently as they are sick of coming out here.

The bins at the back of the property are left open with no security & now we have several crack-heads that use the area as their crapping & pissing ground as well as sleeping area. They have taken the rubbish there & threw it outside the back door so now it's like a massive bin dump, & Y&Y have done NOTHING to stop this.

I'll warn you now, Y&Y are very well known to the Government & have been called in on several occasions to answer for their atrocious management ability of letting buildings run down & then charging tenants massive bills to get them repaired when they could have quite frankly nipped the problems in the bud to stop all of them. They have even been known to pick on elderly tenants & kick them out if they don't pay for repairs, the evil sods.

There is no security on the back door area so anyone can just walk in off the street & burgle any of the flats. The front area is a den of debauchery where drug deals are now common place. Yes, it really is THAT bad. It was OK until Y&Y took over the previous management company.

Anyone who supports this joke of a company & gives them a great review obviously works for them, or is married to someone there I assure you.

Do yourself a favour, if you want to rent a property & it's run by Y&Y Management.....RUN RUN RUN.

Oh, & prior to what you have read before this review, they don't answer the phone, nor reply to emails. You may as well not exist to these idiots.

I HATE this company so much & wonder when they will finally go out of business.

**BAD** Extortionate fees for you to be safe in the knowledge that 'Why Oh Why Management' will do absolutely nothing to maintain any of their properties. They also have an energy company that no one has heard of (Clever Energy), who charge you the earth for nothing.

Our service charges doubled within a couple of years of Y&Y took on the management of the building. I can't say with certainty whether this was their fault but it's worth mentioning. It's now equivalent to two months rent. Then on top of that charges appear from years ago from time to time. £500 was just invoiced recently on the basis that it was some kind of underpayment from 2018. When I have dealt with there staff directly I have found them to be extremely aggressive bordering on rude. ...
