Despite the brand being Savills, the fee being premium, the service from our allocated individual was anything but. The photography and the viewing service was first class. The dealings with Iain were where the mask fell and the stereotypical estate agent attitude came into play. It's damaging to their brand that they do not monitor or mystery shop their individuals. Whilst i wouldn't not recommend Savills, i'd absolutely state that there are certain individuals you do not want to represent yourself as a paying customer.
