We can not sing Kirsty's praises enough. One of the only estate agents in Eastbourne who LISTENED to our requirements, held on to our details and contacted me weeks later and secured a first viewing on the property when it came on to the market. Kirsty was friendly and professional. We did not feel rushed during the viewing and felt she handled our negotiatons for the purchase of the property very well, leading us to put in an offer within the hour. A positive experience for us and would certainly recommend Northwood to friends and family.

Landlords beware don't use Northwood. Our property was returned Trashed, the Tenant was breeding dogs in the House!!! To cap it all Northwood reneged on a hand shake agreement made with Paul Ryder and hid behind legislation so they didn't have to honour deal....

Update: after several emails back and forward Mr. Paul Ryder director of Northwood ask me to contact Microsoft to find out with the email he claims it wasn't sent to which Microsoft confirmed me it was sent. I have informed Mr Paul of such and asked him to do the same as per his suggestion and contact Microsoft himself, but apparently that hasn't happened and he is now ignoring my emails.
