Not only did Oliver James failed to sell my property last year (we terminated our contract after a conversation which went "well how should i know what your property is worth, I'm not a surveyor" ) but it seems now, that it is equally hard to purchase anything from them.

I have just come off the phone where my offer has not been forwarded because Robin believes that I don't have enough equity. How could he possibly know my financial position and is it legal for my offer not to be put forward?

I am really sorry that "House buyer" has felt it necessary to air an grevience in a public forum rather than raise their concerns with us directly.

"House buyer" is right we did not sell the property, funny how this is always our fault, and never the pricing!

"House buyer's" offer was put forward (inlcuding the various caveats insisted on) and was rejected by our client.
