Having bought and sold houses over the last 25 years, I can honestly say that I am very impressed with all of the staffs professionalism. Whenever we telephoned St. Ives, no matter who we spoke to, all the staff were aware of the stage that the sale was at any given time.
They were all very friendly and ensured they dealt with any queries for us and always got back to us.
I can only apologies as I cannot chose any one member of staff on your list, it really started with Dan, we had one day to get the house valued and chose an agency, (we live in Kent and was only up there for the day) we were very impressed with Dan as he spoke to both of us, unlike other agents that made a point of just speaking to my husband! not impressed..
Dan was ill on that day but he still carried on, later that day just as we were about to call Dan to say that we would like to use his services, he turned up at the house with all the paperwork.. strike while the iron is hot!! Dan was efficient, professional and not patronizing either.
My husband and me spoke to possibly all the girls in the office over the period of the sale and I can honestly say that you couldn't put a pin between them. The one lady that stands out, i'm afraid her name escapes me, actually communicated between both solicitors and actually discovered what outstanding information was needed from us, the sale could possibly had not completed without her intervention.
