It's a constant battle with this agency. We are leasing a home in Surrey. There are so many problems with this house, everything is broken, collapsing, badly maintained or not at all. The property management system is broken. The owner has been screwed over absolutely. He has no idea what is going on with his property. If you are planning to let your property and are planning to pay for management do NOT use Jackson-Stops. You will regret it as over time they devalue your investment.

Stay away from Jackson Stops in Weybridge. Their customer service skills are simply non-existing. After they sell you a property, if you are having issues, they simply refuse to help. Worst possible experience ever....
