The ad says passionate and dynamic and I would say that's exactly what it was. Was very pleased with the determined effort made during the sale of my property, and the time taken by Sadie in particular and her colleagues to take account of my views and the viewing arrangements and provide feedback and advice throughout the process.

Paul and Sadie have provided a sterling service for our sale and purchase; they have both been thoroughly helpful at all parts of the process and were always a phone call away.
Edward Knight was very competitive on fees, but in our opinion, their greatest strength was bringing the right buyers and sellers together. Exemplified by both the sale and purchase having offers made, and accepted, within 24 hours of the properties being put on the market.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Edward Knight's services.

Fees were a little more expensive than others but we achieved a higher value for the house we sold. This said we were not just paying for glossy pictures. The service was excellent. Do not always go with the cheapest in town !
