Phil provide an excellent service from day 1. Phil secured the property for me the same day I viewed and remained actively involved in the transaction through to completion ensuring all parties were progressing with the legals, finances etc.

Even following completion Phil was on hand to address some issues which arose after taking occupation providing support and advise.

I would recommend Phil to any prospective seller or purchaser.
