i totally agree with the other reviewer

dealt with the company for nearly 3 very miserable years

the whole time they where very unprofessional and at times extremely rude

tried to charge £300 for a new cooker because the 4 MONTHS OLD cooker (cost the land lord £180 NEW) hadn't been cleaned down to lack of time ect. and because the exhaust of the cooker had scorching on it same as any cooker does, wear and tear in any court in the land.

tried charging for the garage to be emptied that was full and cluttered when we moved in

the managing director told me girl friend she was stupid for signing if it wasn't empty as it should be then the other woman from sales physically tried to stop me from leaving the house.

they constantly interrupt you on the phone when trying to explain things

they did 3 inspections in a month because they where that far behind and the landlord wanted to see the paper work

tried to charger £180 just to change the flush button on the toilet
(i am an ex bathroom fitter the part in question is £6.50, And takes no more than 2 mins to fit)

the final report said there was burn marks in the carpet that hadn't been down for over 18 month as upon land lord's approval we had fitted laminate

the sunroom roof leaked the whole time we where there
they had a new one fitted 5 call out's later still leaking.
tried to say it needed pulling down not a new roof.
contacted the landlord and had an independent assessment done of the sun room and all was deemed ok other than the roof which was deemed a write off needing replacing.

nothing was done it still leaked the day we moved out.


so much more i could say to boot.
but the case has been past to the financial ombudsman and trading standards and following the case up for the rightful return of the deposit

They only got a one star because -20 stars don't exist

Right on with that review. Quite rude, not quite abusive, but very aggressive and deceiving. Looks like the staff may change but the culture doesn't. ...
