This letting agent has looked after my house know for 6 years and in all that time has been a waste of time only cared about tenants would tell me one thing and do another gives back deposit when he knows there's a problem
Allows dogs when I tell him no then when it comes to kicking tenants out he hides away and say well what can I do then asks why were shouting at him
Please stay away as know it's going to cost me much money to get this tenant out and then put right what's they will leave once there out this will be sold can't be treated again like rubbish by an agent I pay to stop all this happening for me
Checks were never done if they were he didn't go up stairs as they never spotted the hole in bathroom floor or the dog they had for 2 years
Then the new tenant gets a dog and he does the same I will never use an agent again ever
All they care about is their money this man has no * back bone wrong person for the job

What agent could do to change your mind?
Carry out his responsibilities as outlined in the terms of business. Ensure tenants adhere to the tenancy agreement. Respond to queries, issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Validate work carried out by contractors.Attached Filesnbsp;
