I was very please with the help I had from the David Andrew team in selling my Finsbury Park property. Rose Lock advised me well about pricing, and kept me well informed through the process. I felt confident that she would do what she promised, and in her advice. We did reduce the price significantly from the original valuation, but the original valuation always seemed high to me anyway, given what was on offer in the nieghbourhood.
Comment on agent fees
Fees were higher than the competition, but the photos and brochure were better quality than some I have seen from competitors, and the service was good.
