As if buying a house was not stressful enough, the communication of this agent is appalling. I put an offer in of just short of asking price and had to wait 2 days for the agent to get in touch and that was because I chased them. I have since put an offer in of asking price, that was Friday midday, I have heard absolutely nothing, not even a phone call to say they have been unable to get in touch. Even if they did accept the offer I would have no confidence in this agent seeing the process through. I am so grateful I did not sell with them
