Not impressed, they do not respect a persons personal privacy. Be warned that they post your sold house details through neighbours doors allowing everyone to know your business. I requested that my personal details were kept private, this has not happened. Surely this is contrary to data protection

Whilst we understand that you wish to keep your details private, the marketing literature that was distributed was a message saying we had sold your property with a photo of it. The same photo that is used in all marketing of your property and there are no personal details about yourself. We will take into consideration your feedback for future reference.
