We instructed Mansbridge after a valuation visit from Ben. We had 3 valuations from different estate agents and Ben really gave an excellent first impression, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very positive about our property so that I had confidence that he could sell it. Once we had instructed, Julie took over as our main point of contact and she was friendly and helpful. Although, any staff member that we dealt with either by phone, email or in person at the Mannamead Office were very professional and speedy in their response. The photos and the brochure that were produced made our house look great and I was able to have input into the description. It went live online very quickly after we had approved the details. Our property went from going on the market to completion in 5 months and Mansbridge found us the perfect buyer at the perfect price. Ben was bang on with the valuation, the house sold for the asking price.

Our sale was pretty straight forward, but we were kept fully informed of the progress all along the way. The online system was very useful, and no mater who we dealt with in the office they were generally able to check our record and help us.
I would absolutely recommend Mansbridge to sell your house. They are a quality, professional estate agents and a pleasure to deal with.

Comment on agent fees
The fees were not the cheapest we were quoted, but comparing our property details to some others online, plus the fact they are open all weekend and that they gave me confidence they could sell our house for a good price, they were relatively good value (as estate agent fees go!) Plus the reduction we received in light of the Black and White Charter made them pretty competitive.
